2 Feb, बिन्नागुड़ी: बानारहाट थाना अंतर्गत बिन्नागुड़ी बाजार से तीन किलोमीटर दक्षिण एनएच 31 राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग पर गोलाई लाइन के समीप अमित तिवारी (12) आदर्श विद्या मंदिर (बिन्नागुड़ी बाजार) का चौथी वर्ग का छात्र की इंडिका कार की टक्कर लगने से गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गया। उसे इलाज के लिए अस्पताल ले जाने के दौरान उसकी रास्ते में मौत हो गई। बताया जाता है कि गुरुवार को सुबह सात बजे वह अपनी बहन सीमा कुमारी के साथ बिन्नागुड़ी स्कूल आ रहा था। भाई-बहन सड़क के किनारे से छोटी साइकिल से स्कूल जा रहे थे तभी पीछे से तेज रफ्तार में आ रही इंडिका कार संख्या डब्ल्यू.बी 64 डी-7333 ने टक्कर मार दी।.................

सोनभद्र/शाहगंज : शाहगंज कस्बे में शनिवार की सुबह ट्रैक्टर से गिरी छात्रा के ऊपर ट्राली का पहिया चढ़ गया। हादसे में छात्रा की घटना स्थल पर ही मौत हो गई। शाहगंज कस्बे से लगे मराची गांव निवासी सियाराम की पुत्री प्रीति (12) शनिवार 4 FEB की सुबह करीब साढ़े नौ बजे ट्रैक्टर से स्कूल आ रही थी। ट्रैक्टर मराची मार्ग से जैसे ही शाहगंज में मुख्य मार्ग (राब‌र्ट्सगंज-घोरावल) पर टर्न हुआ झटका लगते ही प्रीति नीचे गिर पड़ी और ट्राली का पहिया उसके ऊपर जा चढ़ा। उसकी घटना स्थल पर ही मौत हो गई। वाकये के बाद कस्बे में कोहराम मच गया। ट्रैक्टर सियाराम का ही बताया जा रहा है। परिजन शव ट्रैक्टर पर लेकर घर चले गए। घटना की सूचना पुलिस को नहीं दी गई। प्रीति सोनांचल बौद्ध इंटरमीडिएट ककॉलेज में सातवीं की छात्रा थी।

Kendrapara: In an unprecedented mishap of its type, an eleven-year-old school student suffered burns when an old cell phone battery burst at a school compound in Odisha's Kendrapara district on Feburary 1. The accident took place during mid-day meal break when the 6th standard student, Seikh Vekka, was playfully tossing the battery near the government-run Bahakuda upper primary school in Mahakalapada area, about 50 km from here, police said.

Mumbai: In yet another road mishap involving a school bus, five students were left injured after the vehicle collided head-on with a speeding tempo, in Navi Mumbai on 19 January.

Class V student hurt as school bus brushes past him

Mumbai: A Class V student of the IES New Bombay High School was injured after the school bus brushed past him in Vashi on January 10.
The accident took place when Prathmesh Dhondiram Salunke was waiting for

14 students injured as bus overturns in Hisar

HISAR: Fourteen students on board a schoolbus had a narrow escape when it turned turtle while negotiating a sharp curve near Kherhi village here on Saturday i.e. 28 January. Seven students, identified as Akshay, Ajay, Anoop, Minni, Aryan, Sachin, and Raman, all in the age group of 14 to 16 years, suffered head injuries and hairline fractures, and were admitted to hospitals while the rest were discharged after first aid.
